Travel information

Trips, destinations, prices and examples shown on this site are indicative and illustrative. Property names, event names, reviews and figures are fictional examples unless stated otherwise, and do not constitute offers. Availability and pricing are confirmed only in a written proposal.

Bookings and payments

Enquiries made through this website are requests, not confirmed bookings. A booking exists only once we have issued a written confirmation and received the agreed deposit. Payment terms, methods and schedules are set out in each individual proposal.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation terms depend on the suppliers involved in each itinerary and are confirmed before payment. Where a booking is cancelled, supplier fees may apply in addition to our planning fee. We will always explain applicable terms before you commit.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in enquiries and bookings.
• Hold valid identification and any required travel documents.
• Follow the rules of venues, accommodation and operators you visit.

Third-party services

Travel services are delivered by independent operators — airlines, accommodation providers, venues and activity companies. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Our casino hotels and casino events pages provide travel and accommodation information only. Ilohetki is not a gambling operator and does not accept bets or facilitate gambling transactions. Access to licensed gaming areas is restricted to persons aged 18 and over, gambling involves real risk with no guarantee of winnings, and visitors must follow New Zealand law and venue rules. Limitation of liability
